The Theme Of 2012

A brand New Year means a new cycle of life.

Lessons in our world come in cycles too.

It has been said “What we resist, persists.”

Dramas of the past are set to repeat themselves when we adopt the same flawed approach in solving a problem, but expecting a different result.

Truly, the rules of this game called Life have changed.

Yet leaders in Governments, Corporations, Religious Groups, etc. make no concerted effort to look within and improve.

Alas the tides of change will not wait.

The strong current is caused by the awakening of the silent majority.

The momentum will get stronger in Year 2012 for next year carries the potential of ‘5’ (i.e. 2+0+1+2) in numerology and that itself means CHANGE.

Year 2012 does not signify the end of the world. Instead the End Times is a reference to those who are still hanging on to the old paradigm of greed, divide and conquer, and fear-based tactics.

The New Energy of 2012 will not support such people for it is not in harmony with it. As such, much transmutation of energy will take place in the next 365 days.

Year 2011 was the foundation year and it has set the tone for change and Year 2012 will expand on the themes of equality, unity, accountability, integrity and sustainability.

Indeed, Life on this planet has come full circle.

Do They Know It Is Christmas?

In 1984 , a group of recording artists formed Band Aid to help raise funds to fight famine in Ethiopia. They released a single called “Do They Know It’s Christmas?”. The effort was benevolent and the song was simply amazing. It shot to the No. 1 spot in U.K. and also became a hit in many other countries. So powerful was the song that it was re-recorded and released in 1989 and 2004, and again it went to the top of the charts.

Songwriting is truly an art form . It can also be a spiritual exercise. When good melody is partnered with meaningful lyrics, songs will resonate at a higher frequency of energy. The following first few lines of the 27-year old song still hold fond memories and a great message for humanity:-

“It’s Christmas time,
there’s no need to be afraid.
At Christmas time,
we let in light and we banish shade.

And in our world of plenty,
we can spread a smile of joy!
Throw your arms around the world,
At Christmas time!”

So let us make room in our hearts,
And say a joint prayer … to those who are less fortunate than us.
To help lift the darkness outside our window.
In a hope that the greatest gift they will get this year..
Is Life … filled with Love and Compassion.

Release Me

Time and again,
The weather weighed down on me,
The years bent me.
The burden of worry,
Began to sink me.

But then someone crossed my path,
And taught me,
If I choose to be sorry,
That is how the world will be.

But if I choose to release …
My self pity,
Strong is how I will be!

There can be no love,
When my eyes don’t wish to see.
There can be no life,
If all that I choose is strife.

Finally I availed myself to see,
That wounds can heal,
And time … is the key.
So, Release me.

Honoring The Trinity.

Three great souls have left our plane of existence in the Year 2011. As the year comes to an end, gratitude of the highest order is expressed to the following three souls who have created a major impact in the lives of humankind.

Steve Jobs ~
The great entrepreneur who encouraged people to think outside the box. A soul who persistently reminded people to live a life fueled by passion and not a life of regret. Without that burning desire of passion, nothing truly great is ever achieved in life. When we dim our fire of passion with fears and doubts, our potential diminishes accordingly.

Jerry Hicks ~
One half of the couple whose teaching have been based on the channeling of Divine Abraham, which highlighted to us the presence of Law of Attraction and how all of humanity could benefit from it. The teachings constantly prompted us to understand that we attract the people who come into our lives. The masses were taught to be aware of the flow of life and the suffering that ensues when people opt to go against it.

Sai Baba ~
The spiritual guru with great manifestation powers, who was labelled the Living God, taught the world to see that we are One. He reminded us that challenges are part and parcel of life. As such, he advised everyone not to fret over the difficulties but instead to find courage within ourselves to deal with them. He also explained that the many religions of the world are different paths to God as nothing in this world is not of the essence of the divine Creator.

The physical selves of the Trinity may have left our world but their teachings and wisdom remain very much alive as their light continues to illuminate our consciousness.

We thank them for having lived a meaningful life and in the process, aiding us in finding the meaning in ours, as well.

The Great Shift

For a very long time, Earth’s energy has been hovering at very low levels.

The low vibrations also meant that societies all over the world were living in a different paradigm.

It has been called the Age of Pisces, whereby governments, corporations and even religious groups were structured in a “Follow the Leader” set-up.

It was a time when the masses relied upon elected leaders to plan and dictate their future.

However, times have changed. 2011 is a great testimony of the Great Shift in human consciousness. We have moved past the old age and transitioned into the new Age of Aquarius.

Truly, a new way of life is upon us, whereby human beings start to change the rules of this game. It is an extreme opposite of the previous lifestyle – one which spells “Follow Yourself!”

The biggest impact was created by the revolutions in the Middle East in 2011. The new script at hand carries the theme of Self-Empowerment.

Political analysts were stumped by the mass awakening in Egypt, which led to the ousting of it’s dictator. Apparently, no one could be attributed as the leader of that great movement. The reality is that Earth has now invited the new energy of liberation and independence.

The Great Shift can now be seen in many countries and this was actually predicted years ago, based upon the potentials created by the human beings themselves. Individuals are slowly but surely awakening from their long slumber in this world of duality. They are finally reclaiming the power of their individuality.

It is indeed an unprecedented moment in the history of Earth. Many have described it as The Ascension of humanity. At long last, people are remembering who they really are and the power that they possess. It is a golden age when the masses finally discover that they are truly Masters …. of their own destiny … and not victims of fate.

And so it is.

What Do You See?

Student: Master, I think we must increase our frequency of prayers.

Master: May I ask why?

Student: Don’t you read the news? The world is falling apart.

Master: May I ask how?

Student: So many horrible events have taken place – I don’t even know where to begin.

Master: Focus not on the severity of problems and just begin.

Student: Well, so many earthquakes have taken place. Look at the wreckage the tsunami has caused Japan. The affected nuclear power plants pose huge risks now!

Master: Did volunteers not spring up from everywhere to help out during these occasions? Did it not cause the masses to clamor for safer forms of energy?

Student: Er.. Yes , on both accounts. But master, the situation in the Middle East is unthinkable. So many lives have been lost. The revolution is scary!

Master: And what is the reason for the revolution? For dominance or for liberation?

Student: I suppose it is the latter…. Master, there is great turmoil in the financial situations of USA, Europe and other countries. They are calling it a meltdown!

Master: How did we come to this state? Were they operating their business on the basis of integrity or greed? Did they embrace sustainability or quick gains?

Student: Hmm… I think I understand what you are trying to say. So, we should not worry about it right?

Master: On the contrary. We should worry when the masses still do not see the big picture. The biggest lessons are upon us. When we own up to the problems we have created, we start to understand accountability. Freedom is a given on this planet. When we take this gift of free will for granted, we will have to face its divine brother.

Student: Divine brother?

Master: In one word – “Consequence”.

Gratitude Is An Attitude

“Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and wellbeing.

This allows a shift in your consciousness so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.”

Run Till You Drop!

Two aliens on Earth were discussing the characteristics of Human Beings. E.T.(X) who arrived not too long ago posed the following questions to its counterpart E.T.(Y) who arrived many years earlier.

E.T. (X) : Why do babies crawl so fast?

E.T. (Y) : Unlike adults, they cannot run yet, so they do next best thing.

E.T. (X) : And why do kids run everywhere despite their parents’ plea for them to sit still?

E.T. (Y) : Well, kids have so much energy in them. As such, they are generally hyperactive.

E.T. (X) : Hmm… What about the adults? They seem to live a hectic life, running errands, chasing after their clients, chasing after material wealth, etc.. Why?

E.T. (Y) : At that stage, they feel they are running out of time, so they chase after the numerous goals they have set for themselves. In most cases, they feel that they are running late on their many schedules in life.

E.T. (X) : That is scary! But tell me, why do they stop when they become elderly people and start asking funny questions like “What is all this running about?”.

E.T. (Y) : Ha…ha.. That is the same question I had when I landed on Earth years ago. It is most definitely the mother of all Human ironies! You see, Human Beings are fast runners in life …. But unfortunately they are extremely slow learners. It takes them THAT long to finally acquire some form of wisdom before they start pondering the meaning of life!!!
