Healing Via Love

Many metaphysical sources have revealed that there are a lot of pent-up negative energies surfacing all around the world, during these times. This is supposedly caused by the increased high frequency energy coming to Earth (Ascension process) ,which helped reveal the negativity previously hidden. This negativity could be overcome via many methods and these usually include (i) acknowledgement of the issues and (ii) transmutation of the lower energies using the energy of unconditional love.

One method is the practice of saying the following lines (based upon ancient Hawaiian practice, Ho’oponopono) …

I am sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.

and dedicating them to the relevant party/situation. Different Divine sources have consistently revealed that negativity cannot be healed by anger, hatred or fear. Instead, it can only be dissolved by love. Others may also choose to pray to divine beings for intervention (based on love). For example, Archangels cannot intervene if we do not ask for their help because we live on a planet of free-will. In such an instance, we should focus on the desired result and not try to dictate the ‘method’ of resolution.

Another possible method is the practice of sending our light (thought energy) to lift the darkness surrounding a particular place, city or country. In this case, we are advised to visualize peace, harmony ,etc. taking place over that location.

In the end, the key factor to the success of the aforementioned modalities is our intent. It has been said … ‘Our intention creates our reality’.

..But We Can Change Our Thoughts About Life.

Everyday , numerous thoughts run through our minds. The tone of our thoughts affect our well-being in the long run. It has been said, for any particular matter, we can adopt a different perspective such that, we can feel differently towards it. What we think often enough, gets programmed into our sub-conscious selves. Motivational coaches frequently suggest that we program positive thoughts on ourselves by rephrasing our statements or beliefs. Samples could be as such:-

1st thought: “Today, I had such a horrible day!”
Rephrased thought: “Today, I had a character- building day!”

1st thought: “I am so poor . My savings are so little,”
Rephrased thought: “I have much room for financial growth.”

1st thought: “I am confused. There are just too many options.”
Rephrased thought: “I have great flexibility in this scenario.”

1st thought: “I hate hanging out with people as I am badly affected by their moods.”
Rephrased thought: “I am blessed with sensitivity as I can relate to people’s emotions well.”

In the end, rephrasing our thoughts doesn’t rid the challenges in life, but it removes the ‘attitude barrier’ and gives us a fighting chance in overcoming them.

The Divine Focus

“The Soul, the physical vessel and particularly the mind have their own rhythmic cycles and agendas. The Soul’s desire is focused on becoming en-Lighten-ed. The mind is focused on attaining and retaining information. The physical body is focused on experiencing via the senses. Humanity is constantly experiencing cycles of growth, stagnation and decay, which makes way for a new cycle of growth and expansion.

The master turns inward and strives for an enhanced quality of life, while the unawakened Souls seek outwardly for stimulus and gratification via pleasurable, physical sensation and material possessions.

Love as an external focus, exterior to you, will always bring a sense of vulnerability, always needing constant validation by someone or something.

Love as an internal focus projected outward is a constant flow of self-assurance, of self-acceptance, always striving to incorporate and project more of this blissful feeling of unity and harmony with all creation.”

– An excerpt of a message from Archangel Michael as channeled by Ms Ronna Herman.

Power of Words

It is common knowledge that words represent certain meanings. However, not everyone is aware that words are powerful energies too. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s scientific revelation in his book , Messages From Water And The Universe showed water that was subjected to prayers comprising the two words ‘Love’ and ‘Gratitude’ resulted in the formation beautiful six-sided crystalline structures. On the other hand, water that was subjected to negative words produced ugly , misshapen crystals. Considering the fact that our human body is made up mostly of water, the impact of words should not be underestimated.

Another interesting discovery was revealed in the book, Angel Words by clairvoyant, Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue. In their experiments involving different words, they realized that those with a spiritual or loving basis displayed large graphs in the recording graphics. However, when negative words were uttered, their appearance was completely different: tight and small.

As such both Dr. Masaru Emoto’s work and the findings in Angel Words give visual proof of the power and impact of kind and loving words. These validations lend credence to the power of affirmations as claimed by its practitioners, which include world famous author, Louise Hay. Even in religion, teachings too emphasize the power of the word. Hence, it is good to be mindful of our choice of words in our daily activities.

Let’s Shine Our Light!

Have fun under the Sun.
Have love in our hearts.
Have enthusiasm in our days.
Have peace in our minds.
Have hope in our lives.

When we have the courage,
To dream our most fantastic dreams, &
Dance in the sea of adversity,
The beauty of our purpose,
Shines through,
In the light we bring,
Into this world.

Truly…
The brightest tomorrow,
Comes from illuminating today,
With the kindest intent,
And the greatest conviction.

The New Consciousness

“Yesterday we obeyed kings and bent our necks before emperors.”

“But today we kneel only to Truth,

Follow only Beauty…

And obey only Love.”

– Khalil Gibran
