Maintaining A Balanced State


During these times of great challenges, it would not be an exaggeration to say that many people around the world are stressed out or are in some kind of emotional roller coaster ride. Even if one is generally a calm/composed person prior to the pandemic, such a person may feel unbalanced during these times too, by the very fact that we are all picking vibes from the collective consciousness. Every human emits vibrations all the time and ‘sensitive’ people tend to be more affected. I have friends who can sense the emotion of someone sitting next to them even if that person is a stranger. The key to maintaining our good health is the ability to release what we have absorbed on a daily basis.

The following 2 suggestions channeled from an Illuminated Quantum Healing (IQH) session facilitated by Jane Andrianova may be useful to help us release these vibes/energy to return us to a balanced state :

1) “Getting out in nature.. as close to Mother Earth as possible, in what you call earthing..absorb some of that energy because that will bring that energy not only into your energy field but into your physical body as well ..the more grounded you will feel, the more relaxed you will feel..When you are more relaxed and connected with Mother Earth..those lower vibrations..they’ll simply move past you and transmute through you.”

2) “Also water.. remember water is very, very conductive. So you can use water as a huge transmuter. Intentionally , set your mind to releasing all of the energies into the water. You can do this anytime with the water. You can do this while you’re having a shower or a bath. You can do this while you’re swimming in water…so all you are doing is that you are allowing all the energies to transfer from the collective through you..you are simply a conduit to help release them.”
