The above advice makes sense to me as I can observe the changes in social patterns as people frequently use technology in their daily lives. Although, it has helped people advance in many ways, the personal touch ought not be forgotten. Hence technology can be seen as a double-edged sword. Like all other things in life, when it is used in extremity, an imbalance is created causing humans to appear ‘cold’ to one another. I personally prefer hearing a person’s voice than just receiving a text message with emojis, no matter how cute these may be. I opine nothing can truly substitute a REAL human connection.
