Living With Awareness

“It is in the nature of things that joy arises in a person free from remorse.”

quote from the enlightened being, Buddha.

The above quote reminds me of the saying “Live life without regrets”. And based on the world renowned psychic medium James Van Praagh’s communication with spirits in the afterlife dimension, most of them want those who are still incarnated as humans to not regret what they do in life. In other words, we ought to think and evaluate or take stock of our life, periodically. If not, we are going to leave behind unfinished business which often cause remorse during the spirit’s life review (also labelled ‘Judgment Day’ by religious people) upon physical death. This often leads to the desire to reincarnate and re-learn certain lessons (karmic lessons).

(Note: James Van Praagh has been practising mediumship for several decades and is a New York Times bestseller author. His book ‘Talking To Heaven’ has positively changed many people’s view of death. His success has even caught the attention of Oprah Winfrey years ago. See the above YouTube interview by Opah Winfrey.)
