Transcendence

There’s the saying – “No two snowflakes are alike”. Similarly, I believe no two humans are the same even if both are considered identical twins because each twin may exhibit a slightly different behaviour, taste or preference. Hence, who’s to say there’s only one ticket to happiness in life. In the end, I think each of us experiences joy through multiple paths.

In the longer term, I opine humans will evolve away from needing physical things (e.g. cars, fancy clothes, delicacies, money) to make them feel happy. Likely, the term called enlightenment may imply that the consciousness of oneself has shifted to the state of “needing nothing, but appreciating everything“, where just to exist in life, becomes a joyful experience itself. Spiritual teachers of the past have alluded to this notion too – Everyday Nirvana is a possibility for All.

Afterlife Evidence – Consciousness Beyond 3D World

For a very long time, mainstream science has downplayed afterlife as nothing more than a figment of certain people’s imagination. In other words, when a human dies, its consciousness is supposed to stop existing. However, over the years there have been many documented cases of Near Death Experiences , whereby people were literally pronounced dead by doctors but miraculously came back to life later with profound awareness, altruism and wisdom. The above video is a good summary of such cases with commentaries from doctors as well. This lends credence to the eternal nature of our soul and is the basis of this blog for the past 9 years. In the end, when our consciousness expands beyond the 3D world, our values and behaviour towards self and others shift to become more inclusive and more compassionate.

Memories To Unite

“There’s a time that I remember, when I did not know no pain

When I believed in forever, and everything would stay the same

Now my heart feel like December when somebody say your name

‘Cause I can’t reach out to call you, but I know I will one day, yeah

Everybody hurts sometimes

Everybody hurts someday, aye aye

But everything gon’ be alright

Go and raise a glass and say, aye

Here’s to the ones that we got

Cheers to the wish you were here, but you’re not

‘Cause the drinks bring back all the memories

Of everything we’ve been through

Toast to the ones here today

Toast to the ones that we lost on the way

‘Cause the drinks bring back all the memories

And the memories bring back, memories bring back you

There’s a time that I remember when I never felt so lost

When I felt all of the hatred was too powerful to stop (ooh, yeah)

Now my heart feel like an ember and it’s lighting up the dark

I’ll carry these torches for ya that you know I’ll never drop, yeah

Everybody hurts sometimes

Everybody hurts someday, aye aye

But everything gon’ be alright

Go and raise a glass and say, aye”

The above is part of the lyrics of a touching song (called “Memories”) by the popular group Maroon 5. The song really moved my heart as it’s one that is written for everyone who has lost loved ones and are still dealing with grief. The lead singer Adam Levine explained that the song is also for him to deal with the recent lost of his manager, who was like a brother to him. He added that with the world seemingly more chaotic than before especially with so much anger and hatred going around, he wanted people to have some common ground instead of fighting it. Hence the song was also about bringing people together.

I truly admire people like the aforesaid singer who uses his talent to unite the world. And so like him, I dedicate this blogpost to all the people whom we have loved and lost as well as to honour those who are still with us.

Creativity – A Double Edged Sword?

In spiritual teachings, we are told that humans were made in the image of the Creator. Upon contemplation, I opine this to be true. Being offsprings of the Creator, we inherited its powerful ability to create.

Success is the result of us being creative in finding solutions to our problems, whereas …

Failure is the outcome of us being creative in making excuses for not succeeding, before we even try.

Either way, we ARE creative.

Angelic Message – Archangel Gabriel

This blogpost is the result of an idea that came to me when I was meditating. The thought came for me to write about a card reading that Archangel Gabriel would choose for the potential readers of this post. Since I felt it was a fun idea to do so, I then got out a deck of cards called “Angels and Ancestors” by Kyle Gray and proceeded to connect with Gabriel. The above was the card that was chosen and the relevant message was this :

“When this card arises, it’s important to connect with how you really feel, how you want to feel and what you really need.”

I then asked the Archangel why it chose that card and I was told that there’s a great imbalance in people today, as they think more than they feel. Truths cannot be discerned by thinking alone but it can be felt. In other words, most people over rely on logic and have forgotten about their intuitive nature. Animals on the other hand, rely heavily on their instinct and yet they can survive. As such, there is much we can learn from the animal kingdom even though humans opine that they are at the top of the hierarchy of evolution.

The core advice from Archangel Gabriel is for us to find a balance between thinking and feeling. For a very long time, our society has been lopsided towards the masculine/patriarchal side (which denotes dominance, authority, thinking, etc.) and the feminine/matriarchal side (e.g. acts of diplomacy, co-operation, receptivity, feeling, etc.) has been sidelined. Archangel Gabriel then explained that a balancing is now taking place due to the Ascension of Earth. This explains the growing demand for gender equality from females (and men who are in touch with their femininity) be it on the social, political or economical aspect of life.

So, apart from just thinking a way out of a problem we may be facing, the Archangel suggested that we also ask our inner self – “What is my gut feeling towards this?” and then allow any feeling to surface. That feeling would be part of our instinctual nature.

(Note: Archangel Gabriel often works with people in the arts and creative field of work e.g. singers, artists, composers, writers and spiritual messengers. Sometime ago, Archangel Michael indicated to me that the main angelic guide of the lead singer of Coldplay, Chris Martin is Gabriel itself. In addition, Gabriel ‘guided’ me when I was writing my book , Passion For Truths years ago. An Australian friend of mine who was also writing a book about her spiritual journey almost at the same time, told me that she could sense Gabriel with her back then too.)

Reflection Of Life

When winds don’t blow, and plants don’t grow..

When faith seems low, all we need to know..

Is that Life still flows, in the heart of our soul.

When it feels like the end by tomorrow,

We need to search for the Light…behind the shadows.

Sometimes, life just falls short-that we ought to know.

‘Cause before we came, we swore to conquer..

And to overcome all forms of sorrow.

So, there’s no need to beg, steal or borrow.

To Live … is to experience the highs and the lows.

We thrive for this feeling…

And it’s from there we grow.

Like how the lake below, reflects the sky’s beautiful glow.

Why Worry?

“Worry is a prayer for what we don’t want.”

The above is a quote from an Irish intuitive who has helped people with meditations. Her message ties in with the teachings of many spiritual sources I have come into contact with, over the years. Indeed, why would we want to put our energy out into the Universe to manifest what we don’t want? Might as well we put our intent into magnetising what we want. However because of our lack of awareness of our own true powers as a reality creator, we ‘blindly’ create misfortunes for ourselves, every now and then.

As mentioned before, emotion is ‘energy in motion’ . A worry is also a facet of emotion and our focus on this vibration ‘entangles’ with vibrations of similar resonance. Thus what we fear or worry, we attract. Life is actually a self-fulfilling prophecy. Also, in the past, I have been visited by the Ascended Master, Lakshmi (often known as the Hindu Goddess of wealth & prosperity) reminding me to focus on success instead of worrying. Hence , I believe, the difference between a successful person and a failure is the level of awareness and choices that one makes.
